I always get this vitamin, but couldn’t find it on our island anymore. So decided to try Amazon. They didn’t carry the large bottle, so had to get the 3 smaller bottles. I thought the shipping was so crazy, I decided to ask our local store to please carry the vitamins again!

Easy to swallow, decent size, very good dollar value.
There’s no potassium, but it does provide your “daily value” — of course, this depends on your size, age, etc — of the following:
Vitamin B6, B12, C, D, E; Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, Iron and Zinc.
Also 45% of daily calcium (which you should be getting from your diet anyway!) and 60% of Vitamin A.
However, what this page does *not* mention is that this vitamin is unsuitable for vegetarians. There is gelatin from fish in the pills. It’s very nice of them to list all the fish that it may have come from, but it would have been more helpful to put “Not Vegetarian/Vegan” right on the front of the box!

This was a great value, but I don’t generally have trouble swallowing pills, and this one sticks every time. I don’t know whether it’s the size, texture, or edges on the pill, but it never goes down smoothly. It’s to the point where I’m going to have to break it up to use up the supply.
